🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Command A320 family operations safely and efficiently, from preflight to shutdown
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, approved manuals, and civil aviation regulations
  • Lead the flight deck, make sound decisions in dynamic environments, and model disciplined SOP adherence
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, security, and quality, including participation in audits and reporting
  • Promote a cost‑conscious, on‑time, and customer‑focused operation

🧠 What You’ll Bring

  • Valid ATPL
  • Minimum 4,000 total flight hours
  • At least 800 hours as PIC on Airbus A320 family
  • Successful completion of airline/authority technical and psychometric assessments
  • Current medical fitness as per airline and civil aviation authority standards
  • Completed training in safety and emergency response
  • Strong systems knowledge and operating procedure proficiency for the A320
  • Exposure to QA/Safety/Security/Audit processes related to Flight Operations
  • Proven policy/procedure implementation skills aligned with approved regulations
  • Cost‑oriented mindset with high accuracy, attention to detail, and effective problem‑solving/decision‑making
