Fly Jinnah, Pakistan’s newest airline under the Air Arabia Group, is recruiting experienced A320 Captains for a 15‑month assignment: 3 months of training followed by 12 months of line flying.   • Base: Karachi (KHI), Pakistan
  • Contract: 15‑month fixed‑term (3 months training + 12 months flying)
  • Eligibility: Foreign/expat nationals only
  • Fleet: Airbus A320
  • License: ATPL with A320 type rating; valid Class 1 Medical
  • Roster: 30 calendar days annual leave; minimum 7 consecutive days off per month

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Valid ATPL.
  • Minimum 4,000 hours total flight time.
  • Minimum 800 hours PIC on Airbus A320.
  • Current A320 type rating.
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Successful completion of technical and psychometric assessments per airline standards.
  • Completion of safety and emergency response training.
  • Ability to pass background and security checks.
  • Strong knowledge of A320 systems, SOPs, and airline operating procedures.
  • Eligibility: Foreign/expat national candidates only.

📋 What You’ll Do

  • Command A320 flights safely and efficiently on scheduled routes from Karachi.
  • Lead the flight deck, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, briefings, fuel and performance calculations, and post‑flight reporting.
  • Demonstrate exemplary decision‑making, CRM, and situational awareness in all phases of flight.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety, security, and customer service.

🌟 Rewards & Package

  • Salary (Training): AED 22,000 net per month
  • Salary (Post‑Training): AED 33,800 net per month
  • Allowances: Per diem provided
  • Accommodation & Transport: Company‑provided accommodation and ground transportation
  • Travel: Staff travel benefits
  • Leave: 30 calendar days annual leave with a minimum of 7 consecutive days off per month
