✈️ About the programme

Step into a structured cadet pathway designed to prepare you for line operations on the Airbus A320. You will progress from ground and simulator phases through to supervised line flying, mastering airline SOPs, safety management, and crew coordination.

🧭 What you will do

  • Complete company-approved A320 type training and operational readiness phases.
  • Operate in a multi-crew environment, applying robust CRM and threat & error management.
  • Execute thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and briefings to airline standards.
  • Uphold the highest safety, compliance, and airmanship standards on every sector.
  • Engage in continuous learning, recurrent checks, and professional development.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Frozen ATPL with IR and ME.
  • Accepted authority: CAASL.
  • Current Class 1 medical.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4.
  • Non-Type Rated candidates are welcome — A320 type training provided.

🌟 Additional eligibility

  • A current Sri Lankan Commercial Pilot License with Instrument Rating and a valid ATPL knowledge endorsement issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka.
  • A valid Sri Lankan Commercial Pilot License must be in your possession by 21st September 2026.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or a Masters from a recognized university certified by the University Grants Commission, Sri Lanka.

Documentation will be verified during the selection process. Only CAASL licences are accepted for this intake.

  • Progression from simulator to supervised line flying, with mentoring to company standards.
