Join our permanent A320 Cadet Pilot pathway. Non-type-rated candidates are welcome — full A320 type rating training is provided. This is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified commercial pilots to step confidently onto an Airbus flight deck.

  • Employment: Permanent
  • Fleet: Airbus A320 family
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)
  • Open to Licence Holders: EASA, UK CAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Recency: Last flight within the preceding 6 months (preferred; flexible due to COVID‑19 effects)

🧭 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: Minimum 140 hours.
  • Pathway A: At least 140 hours actual flight time on fixed‑wing aircraft with integrated ATPL theory completed.
  • Pathway B: At least 200 hours actual flight time on fixed‑wing aircraft with CPL/IR training completed in a modular system.
  • Flight Time Notes: Ultra‑light aircraft, power gliders, simulator and helicopter hours are excluded; fixed‑wing actual flight time only.
  • Licences & Training: Frozen ATPL, IR, MCC, ME, UPRT.
  • Recency: Last flight within the preceding 6 months (preferred; not a hard limit due to COVID‑19 impacts).

You will receive A320 type rating training with modern ground school and simulator phases, followed by line training and mentoring to help you transition confidently into the right seat.

  • Structured pathway from cadet to A320 flight deck.

Note: This opportunity is NTR; no prior A320 type rating is required.
