  • Operate A320/A321 aircraft on scheduled routes with uncompromising safety and professionalism.
  • Lead multi‑crew operations as First Officer, supporting the Captain and fostering an effective flight deck environment.
  • Conduct thorough pre‑flight inspections, performance planning, and crew briefings.
  • Manage aircraft systems and standard operating procedures across all phases of flight.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, SOPs, and all regulatory requirements.
  • Uphold exceptional passenger service standards throughout the journey.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 3,700 hours total flight time (excluding P3, rotary, and single/multi‑engine piston time).
  • Minimum 500 hours on A320 family type.
  • Last A320 flight within the past 12 months.
  • Maximum 40 years of age for First Officers.
  • Valid ATPL and current A320 type rating.
  • Approved Class 1 Medical.
  • Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
  • Final exemption or release from military service.
  • Minimum high school education or higher.
  • Proven success in multi‑crew environments with a strong safety mindset.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety excellence and outstanding passenger service.
