🧭 What you’ll do

• Operate the A220 as Senior First Officer in CAT operations within airBaltic’s network
• Demonstrate exemplary CRM, leadership, and decision-making in all phases of flight
• Leverage modern flight deck systems including EFIS, FMA, and FMS
• Contribute to a safety-first culture and prepare actively for command

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total Time: 2,750 hours
• Turbine Time: 1,500 hours
• Flight Time Notes: Minimum of 2,750 hours of CAT operations on modern aircraft with EFIS, FMA and FMS systems; minimum of 1,500 hours on CS-25 aircraft (MTOW > 5.7 t)
• Licences: CPL, IR, ME (EASA)
• Medical: Class 1
• English Proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher
