🧭 What you’ll do

  • Ensure safe and timely flight operations in strict accordance with Company policies and all Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Lead by example—supporting a just culture, clear communication, and teamwork across the operation.

  • Exercise sound judgment and checklist discipline in all phases of flight.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Total Time: 1,500 hours
  • PIC: 250 hours
  • Turbine: 500 hours
  • Cross-Country: 500 hours
  • Night: 100 hours
  • Instrument: 75 hours
  • Multi-Engine (actual): 50 hours
  • Actively flying in two of the past five years
  • Type Rating: Not required (A220 training provided)

🌟 Additional requirements

  • Must be able to join a class within six months of application.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge, skills, and ability to upgrade to Captain in a short timeframe.
  • Accurately maintain and disclose pilot training history in accordance with FAA Pilot Records Database (PRD) regulations.
  • Valid FCC Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and passport; able to travel unrestricted to and from the United States.
  • Pass a DOT pre-employment drug test.
  • Pass a TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check.
  • Authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.

🌟 Preferred experience

  • Previous U.S. Part 121, Part 135, or U.S. Military Aviator experience.
  • 500+ hours fixed-wing multi-engine time, preferably in a jet.
  • Experience using a Flight Management System (FMS).

🧰 Licensing and medical

  • Accepted Licenses: FAA
  • ATP Written: Required
  • Medical: Class 1
  • A220 type rating provided by Breeze Airways for eligible candidates.
