2026 Scoot Cadet Pilot Programme — Your Path to the Flight Deck (Singapore)

🧭 About the programme

• Customised, co-funded pilot training at Scoot’s preferred training college.
• 18–24 consecutive months of full-time training with no disruption.
• Qualification outcome: Multi-crew Pilot Licence (MPL) or Frozen ICAO ATPL.
• Progression to Scoot base and line training upon course completion.

🧰 What you’ll do

• Undertake an intensive, customised pilot training curriculum meeting Scoot’s standards.
• Complete flight training leading to an MPL or Frozen ICAO ATPL.
• Advance through Scoot’s base and line training to build operational competence.
• Demonstrate unwavering commitment to safety, professionalism, diligence and teamwork throughout training and service.

🌟 What you’ll bring

• Age: At least 18 years old (as required by the Air Navigation Order).
• Right to work: Legally entitled to work in Singapore upon completion of training.
• Education: Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent, with five credits in one sitting, including English, Mathematics and a Science subject (preferably Physics).
• Medical: Eligible for unrestricted Class I and Class II medical certification approved by the Civil Aviation Medical Board.
• Vision: Visual acuity of at least 6/60 unaided, correctable to 6/6; no colour blindness.
• Commitment: Able to complete 18–24 consecutive months of training without disruption, followed by a six-year training bond after completion.
• Attributes: An uncompromising approach to safety, strong passion for aviation, willingness to learn, composure, confidence, maturity, diligence, professionalism and the Scootitude DNA.
