🧭 Your mission

As First Officer, you will support safe, efficient operations from pre‑flight to shutdown, exercising sound judgment, precise communication, and unwavering teamwork.

  • Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs, regulations, and best airmanship practices.
  • Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and systems checks.
  • Monitor aircraft performance and navigation, managing workload and callouts with the Captain.
  • Champion safety, CRM, and a just‑culture mindset on every sector.
  • Deliver a calm, passenger‑focused experience through clear, professional communication.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 1,500 hours
  • Type rating: Required and current on a multi‑engine aircraft
  • Licenses: CPL, IR, ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4
  • Languages: English and Spanish
  • Open to License Holders: AAC

Candidates must be currently type‑rated and eligible to live and work as required by operations.
