Wizz Air’s She Can Fly programme is an entry-level pilot training academy track dedicated to increasing women’s representation in commercial aviation. With affordable training terms and industry-leading standards, this pathway helps you build the skills, confidence, and qualifications to launch your cockpit career.
🧭 Your Training Journey
- Follow a structured curriculum blending ground school, simulators, and flight phases.
- Develop strong airmanship, decision-making, and safety culture from day one.
- Build proficiency in English communication and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare for a future airline cockpit with mentoring and performance feedback.
🧰 What We’re Looking For
- Female applicants only (diversity-focused programme).
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Minimum high school diploma (secondary education); university degree is a plus.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Ability to swim 50 meters unaided.
- Unrestricted right to live and work in one of the following: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, or Serbia.
- License: Valid PPL.
- Additional prior flying experience (beyond PPL) viewed favorably.
