✈️ What you’ll do

Operate A320 Family flights in strict accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and the highest safety standards.
Execute all phases of flight with precision, from preflight planning and performance calculations to secure shutdown and post-flight reporting.
Demonstrate strong CRM, workload management, and situational awareness in dynamic operational environments.
Support Captains in decision-making, threat and error management, and on-time performance.
Uphold exemplary professional conduct and contribute to a positive, safety-driven flight deck culture.

🧰 Minimum requirements

A320 Family Type Rating current and valid.
Line-released as First Officer on the A320 Family with at least 200 hours post line release.
Unrestricted, valid ATPL; open to DGCA license holders.
Valid Class 1 Medical.
ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
Accident/incident-free record at the time of application.
Current FRTO and RTR.
Right to work as visa sponsorship is not provided.
