Senior First Officer – A320 Fleet (Non‑Type Rated) | Pan‑India

✈️ The Opportunity

IndiGo is recruiting Senior First Officers for its Airbus A320 fleet on a non‑type‑rated basis. You will operate scheduled services across India, working within robust DGCA and company SOPs while contributing to a culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.

🧭 Role Snapshot

• Operations: Scheduled passenger services across multiple bases Pan‑India
• Fleet: Airbus A320 family
• Standards: Adherence to DGCA regulations and IndiGo SOPs
• Eligibility: Non‑type‑rated applications welcomed (subject to the qualifications below)

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

• Indian national
• Maximum age: 52 years at the time of application
• Valid DGCA‑issued ATPL, FRTO, RTR, and current Class 1 Medical
• Valid Multi‑Engine endorsement with a minimum of 25 hours, including at least 15 hours on actual aircraft and no more than 10 hours in a simulator
• Accident‑ and incident‑free record at the time of application

🌟 Flight Time Requirements

• Total Time: Minimum 1,500 hours
• Multi‑Engine Jet Time: Minimum 500 hours on multi‑engine jet aircraft operated by a scheduled operator with MTOW > 5,700 kg

All minima must be met at the time of application.

🧾 Documentation Checklist

• Copies of DGCA ATPL, FRTO, RTR, and current Class 1 Medical
• Proof of Multi‑Engine endorsement with detailed breakdown of actual vs. simulator hours
• Logbook evidence of total time and multi‑engine jet time with scheduled operator and MTOW > 5,700 kg
