✈️ About the role

We’re seeking an experienced jet pilot to serve as Captain on the Pilatus PC‑24 for worldwide missions. This open-base opportunity is ideal for a professional aviator who thrives in dynamic environments, can position from their home location, and consistently delivers safe, polished operations for discerning clients.

🧭 Where you’ll operate

  • Global operations with variable trip profiles, including short-field and regional jet routes suited to the PC‑24.
  • Positioning from your home base; flexibility to travel at short notice and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Coordination with dispatch, ground handlers, and international authorities to ensure seamless end-to-end trips.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Captain all phases of flight, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and passenger care.
  • Plan and execute global flight operations, including performance, fuel, alternates, ETOPS-equivalent considerations where applicable, and terrain/weather risk management.
  • Lead and mentor the crew, fostering a just culture and strong CRM across multi-crew and single-pilot IFR environments as required.
  • Oversee aircraft status, tech logs, MEL/CDL application, and coordinate with maintenance providers.
  • Represent the operator with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.

🌟 What you’ll bring

  • Strong jet PIC experience and impeccable airmanship; PC‑24 time or type rating is highly valued.
  • Proven international operations experience, including complex airspace, oceanic/remote procedures, and diverse weather/terrain.
  • Excellent CRM, communication, and client-facing skills; calm under pressure with sound decision-making.
  • Currency on instrument procedures and modern avionics (FMS, VNAV/RNP/RNAV, datalink where applicable).
  • Valid passport and the ability to obtain visas and clearances for worldwide travel.

Licensing note: The specific license requirement is to be confirmed and may vary by operating certificate/region. Pilots holding ATPL or CPL with Instrument Rating (EASA/FAA/ICAO) are encouraged to apply; please specify your license authority and current ratings.
