Let L‑410 Captain – Direct Entry Opportunity

As Captain, you will lead Let L‑410 operations with uncompromising focus on safety, SOP adherence, and excellent airmanship. You’ll mentor First Officers, drive on-time performance, and foster a professional cockpit environment grounded in effective CRM.

• Exercise command authority while maintaining a just culture and strong team dynamics.
• Plan and execute flights in accordance with company manuals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage performance, weight and balance, and fuel strategies specific to the Let L‑410.
• Champion safety reporting, continuous improvement, and high operational standards.

• Total time: 1,800 hours+
• PIC time: 1,000 hours+
• In type (Let L‑410): 250 hours+
• Type rating: Current Let L‑410 type rating
• License requirement: ATPL
• Open to licence holders: ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• ELP level: ICAO Level 5

• Accident/incident: Free accident–incident report (verification required)
• Travel documents: Valid passport
