Step into the right seat of a classic regional turboprop and build solid multi-crew experience. We’re seeking an EASA-licensed First Officer for permanent employment on the Jetstream 31/32. Comprehensive training and type rating are provided, with a clear pathway from bridge course to line operations.
✈️ The opportunity
Join a professional flight deck team operating the Jetstream 31/32 in a multi-crew, IFR environment. This role is ideal for pilots eager to consolidate turbine time and strengthen crew resource management while flying to the highest safety and SOP standards. Non-type-rated candidates are welcome—we’ll provide the full training pathway.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Partner with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient flights in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft inspections.
- Manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures using robust CRM and checklist discipline.
- Operate and monitor aircraft systems, navigation, and communications in an IFR, multi-sector environment.
- Contribute to a just culture through proactive safety reporting and continuous improvement.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- License: EASA Frozen ATPL (CPL with ATPL theory credit) including valid IR, MCC, and ME
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 5
- Type Rating: Not required — Jetstream 31/32 training provided
- Open to License Holders: EASA only
🧰 Additional requirements
- Passport: Valid, without travel restrictions
- Driver’s license: Valid car driver’s license
- Background check: Able to pass all required security clearances
🌟 Training pathway
Successful external candidates will first complete the AIS Bridge Course, designed to align skills and standards prior to commencing the Jetstream 31/32 Type Rating Course. This bridge course is not required for former AIS students. Following successful completion, you’ll proceed directly into the type rating and supervised line flying.
