🧭 The Mission
As Pilot-in-Command, you will set the tone for safety and service. You’ll plan and execute complex domestic and international missions, apply disciplined decision‑making in adverse weather, and uphold regulatory compliance while creating a calm, communicative cockpit environment.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Lead the flight deck as PIC, championing SOPs, CRM, and a proactive safety culture.
- Plan and conduct flights worldwide, including performance, fuel, alternates, NOTAMs, and route/airspace considerations for oceanic and remote operations.
- Exercise sound judgment in dynamic and adverse weather conditions, maintaining operational continuity and comfort.
- Ensure full compliance with ICAO, FAA, EASA, and company policies, including documentation and recordkeeping.
- Coordinate with dispatch/ops and maintenance; manage MEL and deferred items professionally.
- Deliver thorough briefings, mentor the SIC, and model clear, confident communication with crew, passengers, and stakeholders.
- Protect privacy and provide attentive, discreet passenger care from departure to arrival.

- Calm, decisive problem‑solving, with robust TEM/CRM skills and attention to detail.
📏 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 3,000 hours
- In type: 1,700 hours on G650
- Type rating: Required (G650)
- License: ATP / ATPL (open to EASA, FAA, UK CAA holders)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
🔎 Preferred
- Proven experience as Captain on a business jet.
