✈️ The opportunity

As the Gulfstream G500 Lead Captain (PIC), you will set the standard for safe, compliant, and polished operations. You’ll lead the cockpit, liaise with aircraft owners and passengers, and deliver a seamless, private aviation experience while upholding EJME’s rigorous operating standards.

🧭 Key responsibilities

• Perform full PIC/Lead Commander duties in line with the EJME Operations Manual and applicable civil aviation regulations.
• Hold final authority on operational and safety decisions, ensuring strict adherence to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Verify aircraft airworthiness, documentation, and operational readiness prior to departure.
• Create a professional, safety-first environment on board with strong crew resource management.
• Liaise with passengers and the aircraft owner on operational matters, trip planning, and schedule changes.
• Conduct comprehensive passenger briefings covering journey time, en-route weather, and potential delays.
• Ensure passenger safety at all times and support cabin crew in enforcing safety instructions.
• Verify passenger travel documentation prior to departure.
• Lead by example to uphold crew professionalism and protect the ExecuJet Middle East reputation.
• Report abnormalities, events, incidents, or accidents through the proper channels.
• Champion and contribute to the company’s Safety Management culture.
• Maintain full compliance with all internal and external regulations, policies, and procedures.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• Valid ATPL with current Gulfstream G500 type rating.
• Total time: 4,000+ hours
• PIC time: 1,000+ hours
• Jet time: 2,000+ hours
• Multi‑engine time: 2,000+ hours
• Essential: Corporate/Business Aviation G500 line training and checking experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office tools.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
