🧭 What You’ll Do

• Serve as Pilot in Command on the G500, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and airmanship.
• Plan and execute flights from Houston to destinations across North America and beyond, optimizing routing, performance, and fuel.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, weather and NOTAM analysis, weight and balance, and aircraft performance calculations.
• Lead the crew with clear CRM, mentoring, and a collaborative, safety-first culture.
• Deliver an elevated passenger experience with discretion, courtesy, and proactive communication.
• Coordinate with maintenance, dispatch, and ground services to maintain aircraft readiness and on-time performance.
• Complete post-flight duties, documentation, and continuous improvement feedback.

🧰 What You Bring

• Current CPL; an ATP is a strong plus.
• Proven captaincy experience in turbine business jets, with confident decision-making and sound judgment.
• Proficiency in modern avionics and FMS, and comfort operating in complex airspace.
• Strong knowledge of flight planning, performance, and crew resource management principles.
• Uncompromising commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and standard operating procedures.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally as needed.
