🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot in Command on Gulfstream G‑IV operations, setting the tone for a safety‑first culture on every leg.
- Deliver guest‑forward, premium service while upholding Aero’s exacting standards from briefing to block‑in.
- Lead with initiative—anticipate needs, brief effectively, coordinate with crew and operations, and execute cleanly.
- Adhere to company SOPs and all applicable FAA regulations; maintain precise records, currency, and flight readiness.
- Exemplify disciplined CRM and professionalism, mentoring teammates and supporting continuous improvement.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 4,000 hours
- PIC time: 1,500 hours
- In type: 500 hours
- PIC in type: 250 hours
- Jet time: 2,000 hours
- Type rating: Required (G‑IV/G350/G400/G450)
- Experience: At least 1 year of Part 135 and/or Part 121
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1 (First Class)

🧾 Compliance and travel
- Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not provided).
- Passport: Valid passport enabling unrestricted international travel and re‑entry to the United States.
- TSA: Successful CHRC required.
- FCC: Valid Restricted Radio Telephone Operator Permit.
- DOT testing: This is a safety‑sensitive position per 14 CFR part 120 and 49 CFR part 40; pre‑employment testing for Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opioids, and Phencyclidine (PCP) is required.
- Travel: Must be able to travel without restriction to all locations Aero flies.
