🧭 What You’ll Do

• Assume full command of all assigned flights and make sound operational decisions that prioritize safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Lead and mentor a professional crew to deliver a seamless client experience on both domestic and international missions.
• Plan, brief, and execute flights; manage fuel, weight and balance, routings, alternates, and performance under changing conditions.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Global 7500 systems, procedures, and limitations; ensure aircraft manuals and references are current.
• Perform the In-TSA Flight Security Coordinator function under the applicable Twelve-Five Standard Security Program or private charter standard security program.
• Conduct or delegate thorough passenger safety briefings; communicate openly about safety issues and report hazards promptly.
• Record and report aircraft discrepancies as they occur; ensure accurate trip paperwork and documentation for each mission.
• Represent Jet Aviation with integrity, discretion, and a polished client-facing manner.

🧰 What You Bring

• Certificates: Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP); FAA First Class Medical. (License accepted per posting: ATP Unrestricted or ATP Restricted.)
• Total Time: 3,500 hours total fixed-wing
• PIC: 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command
• Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours
• Turbo-jet: 500 hours
• Turbine: 500 hours
• Night: 100 hours
• Simulated Instrument: 75 hours
• Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Type Rating/Currency: Appropriate aircraft type rating and currency preferred
• Travel: Ability to travel extensively worldwide without restrictions; adaptable to a variable schedule
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional Traits: Strong command capability; exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; sharp attention to detail; collaborative mindset; proactive problem-solving; integrity and discretion
