First Officer (Non-Type Rated) — A320 & ATR 42/72 | Athens

✈️ The opportunity

AEGEAN is inviting aspiring commercial pilots to join as Non-Type Rated First Officers based in Athens. Successful candidates will be enrolled in an entry-level type rating course and, upon completion, operate across AEGEAN’s Airbus A320 and ATR 42/72 turboprop fleets on scheduled services, delivering safe, reliable, and welcoming Greek hospitality throughout our network.

🧭 What you will do

• Operate A320 and ATR 42/72 aircraft on scheduled routes in accordance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
• Execute thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft systems checks.
• Maintain exemplary crew coordination, CRM, and communication with flight deck and cabin teams.
• Deliver a passenger experience that reflects AEGEAN’s highest commitment to safety and service.
• Contribute to a just culture with diligent reporting and continuous improvement mindset.

🧰 What you bring

• License: Valid EASA CPL(A) with ATPL(A) theory completed, or EASA ATPL(A).
• Ratings: Valid Multi-Engine IR(A), remaining valid through the end of the course.
• Experience: Minimum 70 hours PIC on aeroplanes.
• Training: MCC certificate.
• UPRT: Advanced UPRT per FCL.745.A (for first multi-pilot type rating).
• English: Minimum ICAO Level 4.
• Medical: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Work authorization: Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.

This is an entry-level type rating course role for non-type rated pilots; fleet assignment (A320 or ATR 42/72) will be determined by company needs.
