Air Astana Group is welcoming motivated Kazakhstani pilots to launch their airline career as Almaty‑based First Officers. This non‑type‑rated opportunity is designed for low‑hour aviators who meet core ICAO standards and are ready to progress on a modern airline flight deck.

  • Location: Almaty
  • Citizenship: Kazakhstani citizens only
  • Minimum hours: 200 total time
  • Application deadline: 31 December

✈️ Role snapshot

Join the flight deck as a First Officer and contribute to safe, compliant, and efficient operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements. This is a non‑type‑rated entry route; fleet/type details and subsequent training information are shared with shortlisted candidates during the selection process.

🧭 Minimum qualifications

  • License: ICAO CPL with ATPL theory credit (frozen ATPL / fATPL)
  • Flight time: Minimum 200 hours total
  • Ratings: Valid multi‑engine and instrument ratings
  • MCC: Multi‑Crew Cooperation certificate
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English: ICAO Level 4 or higher
  • Age: 19 to 34 years
  • Eligibility: Kazakhstani citizens; non‑type‑rated applicants welcome
