🧭 The Role
As a First Officer, you will operate in a multi‑crew environment, supporting the Captain across all phases of flight while upholding Air Astana’s high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service. You’ll apply disciplined airmanship, practice effective CRM, and consistently follow SOPs to deliver safe, efficient operations.
- Perform thorough pre‑flight planning, briefings, and checklist discipline.
- Monitor flight progress, aircraft systems, and communications with precision.
- Contribute proactively to decision‑making and threat/error management.
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Current and valid CPL with frozen ATPL (fATPL).
- 400+ total flight hours.
- 200+ hours on multi‑engine, multi‑crew aeroplanes.
- Class 1 Medical.
- ICAO English Level 4 (or higher).
- Maximum age 45 years.
- Recent experience: flown a multi‑engine, multi‑crew aeroplane within the last 6 months (applicants not meeting this may be considered based on overall experience).
License accepted: fATPL / ATPL.
