First Officer – Multi-Engine Fleet (Type Rating Provided)

🧭 The opportunity

As First Officer, you’ll operate in a multi-crew, multi-engine environment, supporting the Captain across all phases of flight. You bring sound judgment, excellent CRM, and the professionalism to transition onto new types through a structured company training pathway.

🧰 What you’ll do

• Execute normal and abnormal procedures in strict alignment with SOPs and company manuals.
• Assist with flight planning, performance and weight/balance, fuel and alternates, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
• Operate safely in day and night environments, maintaining strong situational awareness and checklist discipline.
• Demonstrate effective CRM and clear communications with the Captain, cabin, and ground teams.
• Champion safety through proactive reporting and participation in the SMS and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage fully in recurrent training and company-provided type qualification.

🌟 Minimum requirements

• PIC time: 1,000 hours
• Multi-engine: 500 hours
• Night flight time: 100 hours
• License: CPL with IR and ME
• License holders: ICAO accepted
• Medical: Class 1
• English proficiency: ELP Level 5 (ICAO)
• Type rating: Not required — training provided
