🧭 The Opportunity

As a First Officer, you will operate in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards, delivering safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations. You’ll collaborate closely with your Captain and crew, exercise sound judgment in dynamic environments, and contribute to a strong safety and CRM culture. Fleet and aircraft type are awarded by seniority, giving you a clear pathway for progression.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 500 hours minimum
  • Preferred Experience: 500+ hours total flying time
  • License Exams: Completed IATRA within the past two years or ATPL exams written
  • Medical: Valid Class 1
  • Education: High School diploma completed
  • English: Meets Transport Canada English proficiency standard (ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher)
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)

🌟 Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a RAIC
  • Must hold a current passport at time of hire
  • Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident without restrictions
  • If a Permanent Resident, must be able to obtain and maintain crew visa documentation required for operations within the USA
  • Ability to meet company and regulatory vaccination requirements where permitted by law
