🧭 The opportunity

Join a professional, safety‑driven operation flying the F406 Caravan II on multi‑crew IFR missions. You’ll develop advanced systems knowledge and cockpit discipline while supporting dependable, on‑time performance across a variety of weather and airspace environments.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Plan and brief each sector: performance, weight & balance, NOTAMs, weather, fuel and alternates.
  • Operate under IFR/VFR in accordance with SOPs and checklists, ensuring a strong safety and compliance culture.
  • Manage navigation, radios and flight guidance; monitor aircraft systems throughout all phases of flight.
  • Apply effective CRM, threat and error management, and sound decision‑making to support the Captain.
  • Complete accurate tech logs, operational reports and safety reports as required.
  • Participate in initial and recurrent training, simulator or FTD sessions where applicable, and line checks.

🌟 What you bring

  • Minimum 500 hours total time and 200 hours multi‑engine.
  • UKCAA CPL/IR with ME and MCC.
  • Valid Class 1 medical.
  • ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
  • Right to work without visa sponsorship.
  • Strong airmanship, disciplined SOP adherence and collaborative CRM.
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules aligned to operational demand.

📚 Training & progression

Non‑Type Rated? No problem. You’ll receive structured F406 ground school, normal/abnormal and emergency procedures training, and supervised line training leading to line check. Ongoing recurrent training and competencies help you build hours and progress your career on twin‑turboprop, multi‑crew operations.
