✈️ The Opportunity

EVA Air is recruiting First Officers to support our expanding operations across a diverse, long- and short-haul network. Fly state-of-the-art Airbus and Boeing aircraft while developing your skills within a safety-led, high-performance culture.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Operate A321/A330/B777/B787 aircraft as part of a professional multi-crew flight deck.
  • Uphold aviation best practices, SOPs, and rigorous safety standards at all times.
  • Execute precise flight planning, fuel management, and performance calculations.
  • Collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment with strong CRM and clear communication.
  • Adapt to a dynamic schedule while maintaining exceptional situational awareness and decision-making.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 2,000 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 500 hours
  • Jet: 500 hours
  • Flight Time Notes: 500 hours in commercial multi-engine, multi-crew jet, MTOW > 20 tons
  • License: ATP / ATPL (accepted: FAA, ICAO, JAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4+
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)

🌟 Additional Requirements

  • No-incident/accident certificate issued by the authority and previous employer.
  • Employment references: 5 years from the aviation industry (or 2 years if you hold a Bachelor’s degree).

NTR candidates welcome; full training provided upon selection.
