🧰 What you’ll do
- Operate United flights safely and efficiently in compliance with FAA regulations and company SOPs.
- Practice strong Crew Resource Management (CRM) and communicate effectively with the entire operation.
- Maintain currency and proficiency through required training, checking, and continuing qualification.
- Uphold security, safety, and service standards while representing United to customers and partners.
- Travel domestically and internationally as scheduled with reliable, punctual attendance.
🌟 What you bring
- Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with airplane multiengine class rating.
- Current FAA first-class medical certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit (RR).
- Minimum 1,500 hours of total flight time.
- Preferred: 1,000 hours of fixed-wing turbine time.
- Preferred: Minimum 100 hours of flight time within the last 12 months.
- Current passport with at least six months’ validity at time of employment.
- Legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Able to travel freely within the United States and without restriction to all countries United serves.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- All foreign transcripts evaluated for U.S. equivalency and authenticity by a NACES member organization.
- International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever (Yellow Card) presented on the first day of employment.
- Reliable, punctual attendance is essential.
- Availability with no planned absences during the first twelve weeks of employment.
Note: The ATPL reference aligns with an FAA ATP requirement; an unrestricted FAA ATP is required for this role.
