🧭 Your mission

  • Operate Boeing aircraft as First Officer in accordance with company SOPs and all regulatory requirements.
  • Work seamlessly with the Captain and crew to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations.
  • Apply strong analytical judgment to flight planning, performance, weather, and operational decision-making.
  • Communicate clearly in English and Spanish with crew, ATC, and ground personnel.
  • Champion a just culture, proactive safety reporting, and continuous learning.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • License: Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with IR and ME
  • Authority: Accepted licenses: AAC
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided
  • ICAO English: Level 4 (minimum)
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish Level 4 (oral and written), AAC certification required
  • Soft skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Selection process: Willingness and availability to dedicate the necessary time to all recruitment and assessment stages
