First Officer – Boeing 737NG (Type-Rated)

✈️ The Opportunity

As a Boeing 737NG First Officer, you will operate in a dynamic, standards-driven environment. You will work closely with your Captain and wider operations team to execute every sector with precision, professionalism, and care for our customers and colleagues.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

• License: CPL with IR and ME
• Accepted Authorities: DGCA (Turkey), EASA, FAA, ICAO
• Type Rating: Current B737NG required
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: English ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Education: At least high school graduation

🧭 Additional Requirements

• No history of written penalties due to flight failure or flight indiscipline
• No criminal record or criminal archive record
• Willing to accept a company-determined base and reside there
• Successful completion of the final pre-employment examination conducted by AJet workplace physicians is essential
• For Blue Card holders: ability to speak Turkish fluently and understandably
• No prior failures in training or control flights in Turkish Airlines or other airlines
• Must not have previously left THY AO or its subsidiary companies through termination

• Operate the Boeing 737NG in accordance with company SOPs and all regulatory requirements
• Exhibit strong CRM, threat and error management, and situational awareness
• Prepare comprehensively for each flight, including performance, weather, and NOTAM briefings
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and discipline
• Participate in recurrent training, checks, and continuous improvement initiatives
