First Officer – Airbus A320 Family (Type-Rated or Non-Type-Rated)

🧭 The Opportunity

As a Brussels Airlines First Officer, you will operate A320 family aircraft across our European and intercontinental network, contributing to a strong safety culture and exceptional passenger experience. You’ll fly with a motivated team of professionals within an airline of 3,200+ colleagues, including 612 pilots, operating a fleet of 44 aircraft.

🧰 What You Need

• High school diploma.
• Valid EASA ATPL(A), or CPL(A)/IR with frozen ATPL.
• Valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (ME/IR).
• Multi-Crew Coordination (MCC) course completed.
• Advanced UPRT according to EASA FCL.745.A (required only for applicants who have never held a type rating).
• Good oral and written English (ICAO Level 4 or higher).
• Fluency in Dutch or French; if neither is your native language, provide a language certificate at least CEFR B2.
• Current Class 1 medical certificate, valid for at least 6 more months.
• Certificate of good conduct.
• Application documents: last 3 pages of your logbook, CV, and cover letter.
