🧭 The opportunity
As an A320 Family First Officer, you will operate in a professional multi-crew, glass-cockpit environment—executing SOPs, managing the FMS, supporting performance and navigation decisions, and collaborating closely with the Captain to deliver a safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operation.

🧰 Minimum requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following experience pathways:
- Criteria A
- Minimum 2,000 hours total flying time
- Minimum 1,500 hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit MPA (aircraft with an FMS coupled to APFDS)
- Minimum 500 hours on type (A320 family)
- Criteria B
- Minimum 1,500 hours total flying time
- Minimum 1,000 hours on any A320 family aircraft
Additionally required:
- Type rating: A320 family (current and valid)
- Last flight: A320 family within the last 12 months
- License: ATPL (ICAO)
- Medical: Class 1
- English: ELP Level 4 or higher
Note: Typical thresholds include 2,000 hours total time and 500 hours on type, or 1,500 hours total with 1,000 hours on A320 family under Criteria B.
