- Lead multi-crew flight operations with rigorous adherence to SOPs, checklists, and applicable regulations.
- Plan and execute IFR/VFR flights, including approved low-level profiles, with acute attention to terrain, weather, and performance.
- Deliver exemplary airmanship in a twin-turbine environment, managing workload and ensuring operational resilience.
- Champion safety culture, threat and error management (TEM), and continual improvement in all phases of flight.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to deliver reliable, on-time operations.
🧭 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 2,500 hours
- Multi-engine: 500 hours
- Turbine: 500 hours
- Multi-crew, multi-engine turbine: Minimum 500 hours
- License: CPL with IR, MCC and ME (UK CAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Language proficiency: ICAO English Level 4 or higher
- Additional: Relevant low-level experience
- Type rating: Not required — training provided
