  • Lead multi-crew flight operations with rigorous adherence to SOPs, checklists, and applicable regulations.
  • Plan and execute IFR/VFR flights, including approved low-level profiles, with acute attention to terrain, weather, and performance.
  • Deliver exemplary airmanship in a twin-turbine environment, managing workload and ensuring operational resilience.
  • Champion safety culture, threat and error management (TEM), and continual improvement in all phases of flight.
  • Collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to deliver reliable, on-time operations.

🧭 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 2,500 hours
  • Multi-engine: 500 hours
  • Turbine: 500 hours
  • Multi-crew, multi-engine turbine: Minimum 500 hours
  • License: CPL with IR, MCC and ME (UK CAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language proficiency: ICAO English Level 4 or higher
  • Additional: Relevant low-level experience
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided
