🧭 Your mission

As an Experienced First Officer, you will fly the Embraer E190 on long‑standing ACMI assignments from our Cologne/Bonn or Berlin bases, supporting wet‑lease and charter operations that demand precision, reliability and a strong team ethos.

  • Operate E190 services safely and efficiently for partner airlines under ACMI/wet‑lease and charter contracts.
  • Deliver on‑time performance and quality service aligned with German Airways’ standards of safety, flexibility and precision.
  • Work closely with Captains, OCC and customer airlines to ensure seamless operations.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, first‑name culture that values initiative and accountability.
  • Prepare for an accelerated Captain training pathway on the E190.

🧰 What you bring

  • License: EASA ATPL(A)
  • Medical: EASA Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher
  • Flight time: 4,000+ total hours, including 1,000+ hours on aircraft >20 t MTOW
  • Language: German (native or B2) or English (native or B2)
  • Work rights: Unrestricted EU passport and authorization to work in the EU
  • Security: Valid security‑reliability clearance
  • Education: Abitur, Fachhochschulreife or subject‑specific university entrance qualification
  • Mindset: Leadership, personal responsibility, flexibility, teamwork and strong commitment

Type Rating: German Airways covers E190 Type Rating costs and supports you through training.
