Join SAS – Scandinavian Airlines as an experienced First Officer on our E195 and A320 fleet. We are recruiting now for Summer 2027 operations, with the first training courses planned for Fall 2026. Successful candidates may be placed in a pilot holding pool ahead of course start.

  • Location: Kastrup, Denmark (CPH), with placements available across SAS bases: Bergen (BGO), Stockholm Arlanda (ARN), Oslo Gardermoen (OSL), and Copenhagen (CPH).
  • Fleet: Embraer E195 and Airbus A320 Family
  • Start timeline: Recruitment for Summer 2027; first courses planned for Fall 2026
  • License required: CPL(A); MPL also accepted (EASA)

🧭 The mission

Operate as a Line First Officer on SAS’s E195 and A320 aircraft, flying across Scandinavia and selected longer-haul routes. You’ll contribute to safe, reliable, and efficient operations while working within a high-performing, team-focused flight deck environment.

  • Line flying on the E195 and A320 fleet across Scandinavian and longer-haul routes
  • Base placement available at BGO, ARN, OSL, or CPH
  • Future opportunities for mixed-fleet flying, long-haul missions, instructor roles, and leadership paths
  • Participation in scheduled training with initial courses beginning Fall 2026

🧰 What you bring

  • Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Valid EASA CPL(A) or MPL
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or 6
  • MCC course completed
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
  • Clean criminal record
  • Minimum 400 hours on CS-25 / FAR Part 25 aircraft
  • Pilot licence preferably issued by Denmark, Sweden, or Norway; other EASA licences accepted but must be converted before course start
