🧰 What you’ll do

• Operate the E195 and/or A320 family to the highest safety and compliance standards under EASA and SAS procedures.
• Demonstrate exemplary CRM, workload management, and decision-making in all phases of flight.
• Contribute to a learning-focused cockpit culture, sharing knowledge and supporting continuous improvement.
• Uphold SAS values through professional airmanship, clear communication, and teamwork across the operation.

🧾 Minimum requirements

• Licences: EASA CPL(A) with IR, ME, and MCC
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 5
• Flight time: Minimum 400 hours turbine, including 400+ hours on CS-25/FAR 25 aircraft
• Type rating: Not required — training provided
• Licence issue: Preferably issued by Denmark, Sweden, or Norway; other EASA licences accepted but must be converted before course start

All minimums must be met by the start of training.

• Successful completion of background screening, a personal security interview, and alcohol & drug testing in accordance with aviation security regulations
