🧭 The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced, type‑rated First Officer to operate the Airbus A320 family across our network. You’ll bring disciplined airmanship, strong CRM, and a proactive approach to safety and compliance while delivering the warm, professional service Air Astana is known for.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Total time: 1,500 hours
• Time on type: 500 hours on Airbus A320 family
• Type rating: Current A320 family type rating required
• Last flight: Flown the type within the last 12 months with a current LPC. Applicants outside 12 months but within 36 months may be considered based on overall experience
• Licence: ATPL (Open to ICAO licence holders)
• Medical: Class 1
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

• Certification: Non‑accident/incident certificate
• Background: Non‑criminal record from place of previous residency
• References: Recommendation letters from last two employers
• Training records: Previous employer records including LPC / OPC
• Health: Vaccination passport
• Travel: Valid unrestricted passport
