Embraer E195‑E2 Direct Entry Captain (TR/NTR) – Choose Your Base: Copenhagen, Oslo, Bergen or Stockholm

✈️ The Opportunity

Operate as a Direct Entry Captain on the Embraer E195‑E2 from your chosen Nordic base. You’ll lead safe, efficient operations in demanding winter environments and some of the world’s busiest international airspace, supporting SAS’s dynamic network growth ahead of Summer 2026.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Command E195‑E2 flights from a fixed base in Copenhagen, Oslo, Bergen or Stockholm.
• Manage operations across Nordic winter conditions and high-density international routes in Europe, North America and Asia.
• Lead the flight deck, ensure rigorous compliance with EASA regulations and SAS SOPs, and deliver excellent passenger experience.
• Contribute to a safety-first culture and continuous operational improvement.
• Progress your career with opportunities to transition to A320, A330 or A350.

🧰 What You Bring

• License: Unrestricted EASA ATPL(A). Note: EASA ATPL(A), CPL(A) or MPL holders and non‑Scandinavian EASA licences are accepted, but must be converted to an unrestricted EASA ATPL(A) before course start.
• Medical & Ratings: Valid Class 1 Medical and valid Instrument Rating.
• Language: ICAO English Level 5 or 6.
• Right to work: Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
• Background: Clean criminal record.

🧭 Flight Time Minimums (meet one)

• 4,000 total flight hours including 250 hours as PIC or PICUS; or
• 3,500 total flight hours including 500 hours as PIC on aircraft with MTOW > 16T; or
• 3,000 total flight hours including 1,000 hours as PIC on aircraft with MTOW > 16T.

All requirements must be fully met and all licences valid at the time of application.
