Marathon Airlines is seeking experienced Captains to command our Embraer E175/E195 (E1) fleet. You will operate across a truly global network, leading safe, efficient flights and mentoring flight deck teams while upholding the highest EASA and company standards. 🧭 Key responsibilities

  • Command E175/E195 operations across worldwide routes, ensuring safety, compliance, and on-time performance.
  • Apply sound judgment and decisive problem‑solving in all phases of flight, including irregular operations.
  • Lead and mentor the flight crew, fostering strong CRM and a just culture.
  • Adhere to EASA and company SOPs, and maintain all required qualifications and recency.
  • Coordinate effectively with dispatch, ground operations, and maintenance to deliver a seamless operation.
  • Complete accurate flight documentation and contribute to a continuous-improvement mindset.

🧰 What you bring

  • Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time.
  • Minimum 500 hours on type (Embraer E170/175/190/195 – E1 family).
  • Valid EASA ATPL.
  • Valid EASA First-Class Medical Certificate.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making under pressure.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required; available for worldwide operations.
  • No history of accidents or incidents.
  • No criminal record or security restrictions.
