🧭 Your mission

As Captain, you’ll take command of E‑Jet operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, leadership, and decision-making from briefing to block‑off and beyond. You’ll model calm, confident airmanship, inspire your crew, and uphold operational excellence across our German bases.

🌟 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 4,000+ hours
  • PIC time: 1,000+ hours
  • PIC experience note: Minimum 1,000 hours as PIC on aircraft > 20 t MTOW
  • Type rating: Not required (NTR) — training provided
  • License: EASA ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided (ability to live and work in Germany without company sponsorship)

🧾 Training and onboarding

Successful candidates will receive a comprehensive Embraer E‑Jet type rating and operational training package, followed by supervised line flying to ensure a smooth and confident transition into command on the E170/E190.
