Join Scoot as a Direct Entry First Officer and help deliver safe, comfortable and on-time journeys while bringing our signature Scootitude to life. You’ll partner with the Captain, uphold rigorous operating standards and contribute to an upbeat passenger experience. Scoot operates the Airbus A320 family and Boeing 787 Dreamliner fleet; the assigned aircraft for this vacancy will be confirmed during selection and training.

  • Required licence: CAAS-issued ICAO CPL(A) or ATPL(A)

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Operate as First Officer alongside the Captain to deliver safe, comfortable and on-time flights.
  • Apply SOPs and strong CRM across all phases of flight to uphold operational excellence.
  • Champion Scoot’s service culture and enhance the passenger experience with authentic Scootitude.

🧰 What you bring

  • More than 1,500 hours of total fixed-wing flight time on aeroplanes with an MTMA of 5,700 kg or more.
  • CAAS-issued ICAO CPL(A) or ATPL(A). Candidates with a foreign ATPL must complete licence conversion, including an instrument rating and a proficiency check with at least six months’ validity.
  • English language proficiency at a minimum of ICAO Level 4.
  • Ability to meet all vaccination requirements stipulated by CAAS.
  • A keen willingness to learn, passion for aviation, teamwork, composure, confidence, maturity, a sense of humour and the Scootitude DNA.

🔎 Selection process

  • Online aptitude testing.
  • Singapore Assessment Centre with group and individual interviews.
  • Two-day simulator and personality assessments for shortlisted candidates.

Fleet note: Scoot operates the Airbus A320 family and Boeing 787 Dreamliner; the assigned fleet for this role will be confirmed during selection/training.
