As a Dash 8 Q‑Series First Officer, you’ll operate in a two-crew, multi‑engine turbine environment, applying disciplined airmanship, strong CRM, and sound decision‑making on every sector. You’ll train to type with us, sharpen your skills in regional operations, and contribute to a safety‑first, standard‑driven flight deck culture.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Execute all phases of flight on the Dash 8 Q‑Series in accordance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory standards.
• Support the Captain with thorough flight planning, performance calculations, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
• Practice effective CRM, clear communication, and professional coordination across all departments.
• Uphold a just culture of safety reporting, threat and error management, and continuous improvement.
• Represent the flight department with professionalism and a customer‑focused mindset.

🧰 What You Bring (Minimum Requirements)

• License/Exams: Valid TCCA licence with either IATRA or passes in SAMRA & SARON.
• Medical: Current Transport Canada Category 1 Medical.
• ELP: ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Education: High school diploma (completed).
• Travel: Valid passport at time of hire and ability to travel to the United States without restrictions.
• Security: Ability to obtain and maintain a RAIC.
• Work Authorization: Visa sponsorship is not provided.
