Operate the Dash 8 Q‑Series in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Lead a high-performing flight crew, demonstrating strong CRM and decision-making.
Deliver smooth, efficient operations across short sectors and remote destinations.
Uphold safety, compliance, and on-time performance across scheduled and charter services.

🧭 Where You’ll Fly

From coastal approaches to metropolitan airspace, your flying will span:

Scheduled network: 27 destinations across Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec, and Ontario.
Charter operations: Throughout Canada and Eastern North America.
Crew bases: St. John’s (YYT), Halifax (YHZ), Montreal (YUL).

🧰 Minimum Requirements

License: ATPL issued by TCCA
Medical: Class 1
Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
Type rating: Not required — provided during training (NTR)
Education: High school diploma (or equivalent)
Travel eligibility: Able to travel to the United States without restrictions; valid passport at time of hire
Security clearance: Eligible to obtain and maintain a RAIC
Work authorization: Legal right to work in Canada; visa sponsorship not provided
Open to licence holders: TCCA only
