Dash 8 First Officer – Non‑Type Rated Welcome (Training Provided)

🧭 Your mission

• Support the Captain across all phases of flight, ensuring safe, efficient Dash 8 operations.
• Perform flight planning, performance calculations, FMS setup, and thorough preflight briefings.
• Operate to SOPs with strong CRM and threat & error management.
• Uphold a safety‑first culture through proactive reporting and disciplined checklist use.
• Deliver an excellent passenger experience through professionalism and teamwork.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 1000 hours
• Multi‑engine: 200 hours
• Licence: UK CAA CPL with IR, ME, and MCC
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
• Type rating: Not required (training provided)

🌟 Preferred experience

• Previous military flying experience.
• Multi‑turbine time and strong procedural discipline.

Strong fundamentals, sound judgement, and a collaborative mindset will be highly valued.

🎓 Training and onboarding

Non‑type rated pilots are supported with a comprehensive Dash 8 training pathway, including ground school, simulator phases, and supervised line flying to standard. Expect a focus on SOPs, performance, and practical application of CRM in a multi‑crew environment.
