🧭 Role overview

As Dash 8 Captain, you’ll lead flight operations from Lydd, ensuring the highest standards of airmanship, crew coordination, and compliance while supporting a continuous service that operates day and night.

🧰 Key responsibilities

  • Command Dash 8 operations safely and efficiently within a year-round 24/7 service.
  • Lead and mentor the flight crew, fostering a strong safety and SOP culture.
  • Exercise sound judgement and decision-making in time-critical and changing conditions.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and meticulous flight/tech log accuracy.
  • Coordinate effectively with operations, engineering, and ground teams to maintain service continuity.

  • Proven turboprop command experience on the Dash 8 or a closely comparable type.
  • Current ATPL.
