🧭 Your Mission
Operate line flights across a multi‑aircraft fleet under company SOPs and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.
- Plan and conduct flights under IFR and VFR as required, including performance and weight & balance calculations.
- Exercise sound judgement in dynamic operational conditions, including terrain, weather, and remote operations.
- Apply effective CRM and PDM to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
- Monitor aircraft systems and instrumentation; identify and manage operational threats using a risk‑based approach.
- Contribute to safety and quality management systems through proactive reporting and continuous improvement.
🧰 What You Bring
- License: CPL with IR (ICAO holders welcome)
- Medical: Class 1
- English: ICAO ELP Level 6
- Total Time: 500 hours minimum
Candidates from a preferred Training Provider may be considered from 250 hours, subject to suitable vacancy and location. - Aptitude: Strong verbal and numerical reasoning
- Operational Knowledge: Aircraft performance & loading, aerodynamics, aircraft systems, weather, instrumentation, CRM/cockpit resource management, pilot decision making, and safety & quality systems

- 1000+ total flight hours
- Proven IFR operations
- Mountain and/or bush flying experience
🛫 Training & Type Rating
No type rating? No problem. You will receive structured training and aircraft‑specific differences/induction to achieve operational proficiency across assigned fleet types. Ongoing currency and competency checks support your continuous development.
