🧭 Your Mission

Operate line flights across a multi‑aircraft fleet under company SOPs and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

  • Plan and conduct flights under IFR and VFR as required, including performance and weight & balance calculations.
  • Exercise sound judgement in dynamic operational conditions, including terrain, weather, and remote operations.
  • Apply effective CRM and PDM to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
  • Monitor aircraft systems and instrumentation; identify and manage operational threats using a risk‑based approach.
  • Contribute to safety and quality management systems through proactive reporting and continuous improvement.

🧰 What You Bring

  • License: CPL with IR (ICAO holders welcome)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English: ICAO ELP Level 6
  • Total Time: 500 hours minimum

    Candidates from a preferred Training Provider may be considered from 250 hours, subject to suitable vacancy and location.
  • Aptitude: Strong verbal and numerical reasoning
  • Operational Knowledge: Aircraft performance & loading, aerodynamics, aircraft systems, weather, instrumentation, CRM/cockpit resource management, pilot decision making, and safety & quality systems

  • 1000+ total flight hours
  • Proven IFR operations
  • Mountain and/or bush flying experience

🛫 Training & Type Rating

No type rating? No problem. You will receive structured training and aircraft‑specific differences/induction to achieve operational proficiency across assigned fleet types. Ongoing currency and competency checks support your continuous development.
