Luxaviation Belgium is recruiting experienced, type rated Captains to operate our C525/CitationJet fleet (CJ1, M2, CJ4 Gen2). This is a chance to join a dynamic, highly professional operation within a renowned business aviation group, delivering a seamless and discreet service to our clients.

🧭 Your mission

• Serve as type rated Commander / Pilot-in-Command on C525/CitationJet aircraft across Luxaviation Belgium operations.
• Champion safety, regulatory compliance, and SOP adherence on every sector.
• Deliver exceptional, discreet customer service in a high-end business aviation environment.
• Demonstrate sound decision-making, initiative, and flexibility in dynamic operational contexts.
• Work smoothly within a seasoned team while remaining fully effective when operating independently.

🧰 What you bring

• High school degree.
• EASA licenses: ATPL(A) or CPL(A) with ATPL theory (fATPL), IR/ME, and valid Class 1 Medical.
• Valid passport and/or EU work permit allowing residence and work in the EU and ability to obtain required visas.
• Type rating on C525/CJ series (CJ1, M2, and/or CJ4 Gen2).
• Flight time minimums:
  • Total time: over 1,500 hours
  • PIC time: over 500 hours
  • Multi-engine time: over 500 hours
  • IFR time: over 500 hours
• Languages: English ELP 4 minimum, plus fluency in either Dutch or French; additional languages are an advantage.
• Outstanding flying skills, with a strong, consistent commitment to safety and service under pressure.
• Proactive, flexible mindset; able to take initiative and find creative solutions.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills; equally comfortable working independently.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Willing to relocate within approximately 1 hour driving time from the home base if required.
