As part of our continued expansion, Luxaviation UK is seeking a full-time Captain to join our London Stansted–based Challenger 604 operation. You will fly as part of a three‑pilot team supporting approximately 220 operational days per year.

🧭 The opportunity

Take command of a mid‑range business jet and deliver safe, efficient, and customer‑focused operations across Luxaviation UK’s network. This permanent position offers the stability of a dedicated three‑pilot team with clearly defined coverage of around 220 operational days per year and full type training provided for successful candidates not already rated on the Challenger 604 (CL‑604).

  • Act as Captain on the Challenger 604, upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and passenger service.
  • Operate as part of a committed three‑pilot team to ensure reliable coverage of approximately 220 operational days per year.
  • Lead flight planning and decision‑making, including performance, weather, fuel planning, and route selection.
  • Champion CRM and SOP adherence; support continuous improvement across flight operations.
  • Maintain currency, training, and records in line with company and authority requirements.

🧰 What you’ll need

  • Licence: Valid ATPL (EASA or UK CAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Total time: 3,500+ hours
  • Jet time: 1,000+ hours
  • Jet PIC: 500+ hours
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided
  • Experience: Mid‑range aircraft operations
  • Location: Must be UK‑based
  • Availability: Able to commence within two months’ notice
