✈️ The Opportunity

As a Captain on the C525/Citation CJ family, you will lead every mission from pre‑flight planning through touchdown, representing Luxaviation Belgium with professionalism, discretion and a relentless focus on safety. This is a permanent, home‑base role in Wevelgem, supporting a varied schedule across Europe and beyond.

🧭 Your Mission

• Operate as PIC on C525/CJ variants (CJ1, M2, CJ4 Gen2) in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations.
• Deliver a seamless, customer‑focused experience while upholding the highest safety standards.
• Lead flight preparation: performance, weather, NOTAMs, fuel planning and risk assessment.
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance and ground services to ensure on‑time, efficient operations.
• Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality at all times.

🧰 What You Bring

• High school degree (minimum).
• Valid EASA ATPL(A) or CPL(A) with ATPL theory credit (fATPL).
• Valid IR/ME and Class 1 medical.
• Type rating on the C525/Citation CJ series.
• Valid passport and/or work permit enabling residence and employment in the EU and the ability to obtain required visas.
• Languages: English ELP 4 (minimum) plus fluency in Dutch or French; other languages are an advantage.
• Strong safety mindset, excellent airmanship and customer service—even under pressure.
• Flexible, initiative‑taker with creative problem‑solving skills; a smooth team player who can also work independently.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Willing to relocate within ~1 hour driving time from the Wevelgem home base, if required.

• Total PIC: 500+ hours
• Multi‑engine: 500+ hours
• IFR: 500+ hours
