As a Direct Entry Captain on the Cessna 208 Caravan, you’ll take command of a proven workhorse, delivering safe, efficient, and professional operations. If you’re a type-rated Captain who thrives on decisiveness, airmanship, and disciplined SOPs, this permanent role puts you at the pointy end from day one.
🧭 Your mission
- Operate the C208 Caravan to the highest safety standards, in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and execute flights with sound judgment, including performance, weather, fuel, and route considerations under IFR and/or VFR as authorized.
- Maintain exemplary cockpit discipline, checklist usage, and threat and error management.
- Uphold regulatory compliance, flight readiness, and aircraft care from preflight to shutdown.
- Represent the brand with professionalism in all interactions with operations, maintenance, and customers.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 1,500 hours
- Pilot-in-Command on type: 500 hours on Cessna 208 Caravan
- Type rating: Required and current on C208
- License: CPL with IR
- Medical: Class 1
- Licence holders accepted: ICAO
- English proficiency: ELP Level 5 (ICAO)
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided

- Accident/incident history: Free of accident–incident; verification report from authority required.
- Background check: Police Clearance Certificate required.
